The Hudson Valley Railroad Society Inc., has restored the 1914 Hyde Park Railroad Station and operates it as a museum. There are HO and N scale layouts and there is a slot car track. The museum also has historic displays and hosts several events during the year; see the website for details. Mid-Michigan Railway Historical Society is an active, Not-For Profit, 501 (c)3 tax-exempt Corporation and Michigan Charitable Trust no. CT-8271. We are an active Rail Preservation / Railfan / Model Railroad organization. "Friends of the Huckleberry Railroad" operate as a special interest subgroup within the MMRHS to support the HRR; many "Friends" are active volunteers at HRR, assisting with equipment restoration and special events. |
