The Northern Virginia Model Railroaders is a club of over 90 men and women railroad enthusiasts. We meet in the historic Vienna Depot of the former Washington and Old Dominion Railroad where we have a permanent 20'x50' layout running under DCC control. The layout reflects the Western North Carolina Railroad, now part of the Southern Railroad, in the 1950's during the transition from steam to diesel and an associated trolley system running on overhead wire. New members welcome.
